We provide mental health therapy (California residents only), wellness coaching, holistic healing services, workshops, and related offerings.

  • Therapy services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker

  • Coaching and holistic services are not a substitute for mental health treatment or medical care

  • Therapy services are only available to individuals located in California at the time of service

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee

  • Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services

8. Confidentiality

Therapy services are confidential in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Exceptions include:

  • Risk of harm to self or others

  • Abuse or neglect

  • Legal requirements or court orders

Coaching and holistic services are not governed by the same legal confidentiality protections as therapy.

9. Holistic Services Disclaimer

Holistic services (including sound healing, breathwork, and energy-based practices) are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and do not replace medical or psychological care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alissa Young, LCSW & Associates and Alissa Young Holistic Wellness Collective, LLC are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of this website or participation in services.
