  • No experience is needed. All events are guided and designed to be accessible whether this is your first time or part of your routine.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel at ease (yoga mat, blanket, etc., depending on the event).

  • Yes, many experiences are grounded in faith and may include reflection or prayer. However, all are welcome, and participation is always at your comfort level.

  • That is completely normal. These spaces are designed to be supportive and allow for emotional release. You are encouraged to move at your own pace.

  • All event purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your spot to a future event depending on availability.
